A true Idaho native since 1970, Tina has earned a reputation for her tenacity and dedication. She’s known for protecting her clients’ best interests with the persistence of a bulldog. Whether clients are searching for a home in the Treasure Valley, a rural retreat, or a local resort town, Tina’s expertise covers it all.
When asked if she specializes, Tina’s answer is a resounding “YES!” Her specialization is people—understanding their needs, desires, and helping them navigate the real estate journey. She says, “My clients are like family, and I treat them as such.”
Beyond real estate, Tina’s high energy is evident in her hobbies like scuba diving, riding her Harley, enjoying off-roading in her side-by-side, and performing on stage. She’s as adventurous in life as she is in her business, always bringing her best to everything she does.

Mary has always had a passion for real estate. Long before she could even drive, she insisted her parents stop at every Open House so that she could take a quick look inside. As soon as she discovered the ability to browse homes online, she spent hours exploring millions of listings. Now, after 15 years as a stay-at-home mom, she is thrilled to turn that lifelong passion into a career in real estate.
Mary has been married to her husband, Dale, since 1998, and together, they have three children: Ben, Cate, and Charlie. Originally from St. Louis, MO, she has lived in multiple cities across the U.S. and abroad, including Grosse Pointe Park, MI; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Boise, ID; Seattle, WA; London, England; and now back to Boise. Through every move, her love for real estate remained constant, giving her firsthand experience in relocation and a deep understanding of what makes a house feel like home.
Having moved to Boise twice—once with a newborn and again with children in seventh grade, fourth grade, and preschool—Mary understands the challenges of relocating at every stage of life. She has extensive knowledge of local schools, neighborhoods, churches, restaurants, parks, and more, making her an invaluable resource for clients.
